I think the clue after the Galipo River guess is a bit funny. "North of there"...95% of the park is north of there!
I'll fashion a guess of the rarely heard "Boot Lake".

Not Upper Kawa either.
Kawa remains the closest guess so far. I'd say with a bit of effort, getting to this lake from Kawa is possible in a day.
