"BOOTH" LAKE?

Photo was taken Oct 22 2022 at an access point south of highway 60.Not sure if the phone booth has since been removed?
The west gate is the closest guess so far.

Immediately NW of Found Lake, beside the parking lot that now serves the Art Gallery, which was the park museum before the Visitors Center was built, visible from Highway 60? I recall using that phone before I had a cell phone. Pay phones were scattered all along the highway at strategic locations. I remember using "calling collect" a lot! Oh! By an access point! More likely by Cache Lake!

Cache Lake is the closest location mentioned so far to this phone booth.

The poster has Smoke and Canoe on it. I'm going to guess it's just off the Smoke lake access. Reminds me of the Bartlett Lodge phone at Cache, but I'm gonna stick with Smoke.

Yes, Smoke Lake is where the pic was taken. Great idea to look at the poster information.
You're up Ian!

my children would not even know what this is... why is there a cord on it?
Funny yet very true. I'm so old that the phone in the pic looks modern as it's not a "rotary" dial pay phone requiring a dime to make a call.
