WiA No. 779

This one might be a bit obscure - so let's begin with a couple hints. This photo is showing about 90% of the entire lake, and it was taken from the only campsite on said lake. Where am I?

LOL! Never been there but obviously  I pay attention to your trip reports. If only I paid the much attention in school. Hahaha.

Along Basin Depot Rd.. past Basin.. past Foyes and about 2km before you hit the hydro corridor.

On the Park's online map, there is no campsite marked on Buck Lake.

Yeah they somehow got it mixed up with Little Norway Lake (I think). I spent a good chunk of time looking for that site (Little Norway), or even anything that resembled a site and couldn't find anything all around the lake.

I's almost funny just how screwed up Ontario Parks is. They don't care a lick about their own map. Repeating the same errors for decades. Not only is there not a site on Little Norway Lake. Little Norway Lake is on the other side of the road. 

I wonder if the new Algonquin superintendent has ever actually visited the park
