I know you said it's not Louisa, but I'll be dammed if this doesn't look exactly like the south-west point on Louisa.
My next guess would be Booth. But that's out too. Curious to find out the location.

It isn't Burnt Island, Misty, Pen, Couchon, or Otterslide.
The lake is north of highway 60. I've never been tripping south of the highway, something I really do need to correct one day!
