Re: WIA #481

Uppa.....At 5:04 A.M. you're awake and alert enough to take a look at WIA to respond "Not Stratton"?  There's so much wrong with that I don't even know where to start.  https://cdn.boardhost.com/emoticons/stoned.png

Well except for the part of the photo not being Stratton.  I'm sure that parts' right.  But the rest is oh so wrong.

Re: WIA #481

How about posting at 4:23 AM?

Not Clemow or Mallic. Mallic is the closest guess so far.

As you say "that site" I wonder if you mean St. Francis, which only has one campsite? Francis Lake has a few.

I've stayed on the St. Francis site. Nice dead-end lake for total seclusion. The campsite was a bit challenging with virtually nowhere to set up a tent on flat ground, and lots of poison ivy.

Oops - good catch. I did mean St. Francis.

Re: WIA #481

But there are two Francis Lakes, as well as a St. Francis.  I think it is the only double used name in the park except for Stringer Lake and Stringer Bog.
