I'll give it to oldboyscout for his guess of the Barron River. I would have liked something a little more specific, but if I wanted that, I should have said something at the beginning. This view is from the end of the Cache Rapids Portage looking downstream.
My apologies to Peek. It might be within an easy days paddle for you to go from Carcajou Bay to Cache Rapids, but it'd be a bit much for me.

Ha, don't feel bad, Bob - at just over 25km + 7 portages.. it's on the heavy side for me as well. Do-able, but I'd rather not lol.
