Funny, I wasn't that sure. I recognized the vista, but the driftwood always changes. I'll post one when I get back to my computer.

that was circa 2011 by my notes I got a soaker stepping over the logs to get to the canoe and it was cold . . . Delano lake would freeze back over that night =)

I know it. I remember the last couple of metres were just paddling mud. I have a photo of this spot from the opposite direction taken from near the downed tree. But I'll let someone else have a stab at it. I'll post the photo after someone has guessed.
