That looks like something an ancient glacial lake would have drained through.  Those high, rounded hills on the right constricting the flow.  I'll start by narrowing it down to 'somewhere along the Petawawa drainage'?

Not Big Trout and, based on my understanding of APP's watersheds, not part of the Petawawa system.
