Blind guess - South River near access point 1b?

No one yet. I was standing a the top of this cascade when I took the first picture. There is usually quite a bit more water going over the brink. Closest guess so far is probably the Pet. But, since that goes across the whole park it's not much help.

Yes there is a portage around this. Not the Little Madawaska but that is the closest guess yet!

Yes! This is the North River just up from Clamshell. You can walk from the campsite on Clamshell to this spot. The waterfall is usually much more impressive.
