I’m beginning to think my April 14 ice out prediction might be wrong.
We shall see folks, there is 2 hours and 6 minutes left between now and the end of April 14th and I believe a lot can change by then. Until that time, cheers everyone!

I know everyone is cranky and growing old of the cold weather but relax man let it go! Did you get a cup of coffee or orange juice this morning, not get enough sleep, a chill from the cold spring air? Take it easy!

Just back in from snowplowing my driveway.
Did I miss anything?
Has the ice gone out yet?

Yes the Ice is out of my First DRINK of the day as I'm sorting through lures and changing fishing line on reels.
That is Just in Case the Ice goes out later today
The Drink is ""Red"" but my choice of lures for Spring Lake Trout always has BLUE in it......to start with anyways.

Really interesting stuff. Never heard about the P.O.W. camp. Reading material while we wait for the ice to go.

Boo.
I liked the ATVenture in past years' ice-out threads much, much better.

Next week's forecast for Brent is looking promising! sunny and double digit temperatures in 7 of the next 10 days. I am still holding out a small sliver of hope for May 4th opener!

Did you do in your tailgate, or have you set it up to cant like that on purpose for unloading and loading? And thanks for the heads up on the snow conditions of Brent Rd..as depressing as it appears.
