Tastes far better than it looks or sounds...sort of like sausage, you don't want to see behind the scenes in sausage-making but the end product is great!
We actually have done our own scrapple using a half of a pig boiled in a giant iron kettle - that way you know the ingredients are good as opposed to weird scraps. If you ever see scrapple on a breakfast menu at a diner you should give it a try...many folks put a little maple syrup on it.
