Re: Where in Algonquin? No.130

Not North Depot, Allan, St. Andrew's or Mink.

Of all the guesses so far, St. Andrews is the furthest in distance from this location.

Re: Where in Algonquin? No.130

From the calmness of the lake and the mist on the water I'm guessing it is morning. If that's the case then you are looking southeast. From the sun through the trees, I'm pretty sure the lake is opening up to the left around the point. Basically that just rules out a spot on Clydegale that I was thinking of but it doesn't help me guess the real location. :-(

It does make me hope even more that the lakes are open for the 22nd!

Re: Where in Algonquin? No.130

Rob you are correct - this photo was taken in the morning while the mist was still rising. You are also correct that it isnt Clydegale.

Not Carl Wilson or Red Rock either.

It is North of 60 though..

Re: Where in Algonquin? No.130

sheesh....I thought I had it with Carl Wilson.
That makes me 0-16 (zero right and 16 wrong)

So I will just take a guess and say it is a lake in the Northern Section of Algonquin Park that starts with a letter from A-Z and let others have their say.  Anyways, it is WAY BETTER to be there than wishing you could find a name for the lake. LOL
