I've been to Pinetree Lake a few times over the years, but not lately. Every time I've gone there, there was a collection of logs piled-up against the put-in. It was necessary to walk over them and/or to step down into the waist-high water when loading and launching the canoe. I've always gone to Pinetree Lake in warm weather when getting down into the water wasn't a big deal. I'm considering going there early in the season next year, but would feel better about it if the put-in weren't potentially 'wet-and-cold'. I'm getting old .. it makes a difference!
So, if anyone was through that way this year .. has the log-pile been cleared out?

Not this year Barry but Aug 2015. Logs were still there.
