    Okay Tripper, once again you've got me convinced I've stood on this very spot and looked at this exact view! The problem is with all the out-of-the-way routes and destinations you visit, I'm probably wrong. So with that in mind, here's a guess purely to get the ball rolling: southern end of Erables?

    Based on your hint I know my answer is wrong but it looks just like the Opeongo leading into Crotch Lake.

    AlgonquinGuy your answer is right in that you are looking at Crotch in the distance but not from the location you suggested.
