I like pancakes and maple syrup in the AM, you can get the mix that only need water and bring a small plastic container of maple syrup, couple teaspoons of margerine. Great if you are a little north and can find blueberries.

Just did a blog post on my dehydrated hummus recipe. It's perfect for snacking or with lunch.
