There is no baggage car, so it's not useful for trippers.
Seeing current passenger train service often being up to 10 or 12 hours behind schedule makes one wonder how frustrating it can be for everyone.

That's because ONTC is too cheap to pay it's track service employees proper wages in order to preform the necessary repairs and maintenance to avoid unnecessary delays. But the upper brass has zero issues with giving themselves enormous raises despite the right away suffering decay and much needed repairs.
