Hey everyone, this might be a weird set of questions, but here I go...
1. Anyone been through Sunday Creek to Norway Lake recently? any creek walking or able to paddle straight through?
2. We will likely be arriving to the put in right at or shortly after sunset. I assume based on aerial photos that there are no obstructions worth noting.. other than possibly some walking based on the answer above... am I correct?
I realize the inherent dangers of night time travel, especially in the cooler month of October.
Just making sure my initial thought of 30-40 minutes of easy river travel doesn't turn into a beaver dam / alder adventure.
Schedule is pretty busy, just trying to sneak in one last canoe trip before the snow flies!

Can't speak for this year but went to fork a couple of years ago at the end of sept. There were a couple of Beaver dams that I needed to slide over but no real issues. 60 to fork was maybe 45 minutes.
I'd suggest putting in on the south side of 60. There was a beaver dam in the culvert with a meter+ drop when I went.

I was eyeing a similar October trip. Curious where folks usually park when accessing via Sunday Creek south of Hwy 60.... at the visitor centre and portage over?

when you going? and we plan to drop on south side of highway, then park in the Spruce Bog trail parking lot. From what I have read, seems to be the go to spot.
