Not Potter, and Swede I have no idea where Corkscrew creek even is.  I see on a map that part of Potter used to be called Corkscrew River, but that ain't it.

None of the above.  Misty portage is the closest guess so far, both for location and being a portage.

Is this the portage landing on the P135 between Daisy and the Pet? I think it's the 'falls' along the Pet; you're facing west, possibly?

I've got many a tiny brookie here if so.
