How can you make your mark and Leave No Trace at the same time?
 
- By becoming a board or committee member with Leave No Trace Canada! LNT is looking for volunteers who are committed to seeing our Canadian wild lands preserved in the best possible way by reducing the impact of the many visitors now enjoying our parks and open spaces from coast to coast to coast. 

Leave No Trace is the internationally recognized set of ethical, science-based, environmental guidelines now promoted in more than 50 countries. Leave No Trace Canada has lots of new initiatives under way - some of which include national and regional partners (more than 80 currently). To keep our Canadian chapter vibrant and relative we need the help of folks who share our values and mission. 

Of particular interest are individuals with backgrounds in business, fund-raising, education, communications and management. LNT Canada is a bi-lingual organization, so a proficiency in both official languages is most welcome! For now, LNTC governance is c/o a working board, so a time commitment is necessary. The board meets four times a year with committee meetings held as necessary.
