Looking to do an overnighter on the Oxtongue from Smoke down to AO in a few weeks. I know water is down everywhere, but does anyone know how badly the Ox is affected? Will any of the raps be runnable?
And, if you were to choose, would you choose camping at Twin Falls or Split Rock raps?

Low but passable. Several groups have been down in the last while. You'll have to make your own decisions about running rapids.
