peterborough city council has reached a agreement with the canadian canoe museum for new land to build a new canoe museum , on the water near beavermead park, little lake,,  the only problem is moving all of the canoe inventory that is displayed now,, over 600 wooden water craft has to be relocated,,  please visit the website as the museum is looking for volunteer help with this project,, check them out on line,,
