    True, but there is enough to see in that picture that I am looking for a more specific answer.

    Alright, the clue that should finish this off - the picture was taken on a signed canoe route.

    DeepTrout was right that the picture was taken along the OFSC "B" trail which runs along the hydro line through Algonquin south of HWY 60. 

    I'm just looking for a more specific answer of where along that route it is.

    Faitzy has it. As I said up front, not a complicated one given that this is just about the only spot in the park where an official snowmobile trail crosses a canoe route.
