Rock, Welcome ,Louisa Loop.

Just got back from a weekend loop. Great weather and the interior wasn't as packed as expected once we were 3 portages deep away from the masses. Still busy but not insane. Scored a nice beach site on Welcome. Didn't look like much at first  but proved to be a great site. I've been spoiled with beach sites this year having another on Big Crow two weeks ago. We were hard pressed to find site on Louisa but ended up with site 19. Wow. Despite  its sketchy landing its a great site. Tonnes of space and a few unique  features  like a sunken  fire pit area with great seating and a tree stump kitchen table with seating for 4. Not the greatest tent spots in the site proper but at the back it opens up with plenty of space. The main site is huge but lacks level, rootless tents pads IMO. The extra space behind is ample . Managed the longer portages with little trouble although had to double/ relay carry them. Everything seemed to be in great shape  . Only a couple blowdowns easily navigated.  All in all a great weekend  in the park despite the hordes of peak colours  traffic. No tour busses due to covid at least lmao.
