Dehydrated meals in freezer - how long?

I make my own dehydrated meals - some with ground meat (chilli, pasta, gravel).

Last year I mode so much - I didn't use. They have been in the freezer all year. Still fine?

Opinions?

Thanks.

I've used stuff I've dehydrated over a year ago no problem.

TFor beef based meals, 3 or more years buried in the bottom of the freezer with no problems.
Dehydrated shrimp after 18 months not so good.

I have a bag of of dehydrated lean hamburger that has been in my freezer (vacuum sealed, Food Saver) for over 3 years.  I dug into it a month ago for a winter camping trip and it's perfectly fine.
