Beaver dam on way to Tom Thomson Lake?

Back in the 90's it was clear paddling from Littledoe Lake to Tom Thomson Lake. However, since then I hear a substantial beaver dam was built across the joining channel. Was anyone that way last year? Any report on the presence/absence of said beaver dam?

I've got a couple pictures, but they're from 2011 which is getting pretty old.

The dam is there, at least it was there in September. The water height difference is less than a foot. There was a breach in the centre where it was possible to step out and haul the canoe up quite easily.  Some folks did a liftover on the south shore.

We paddled it both ways in June 2 seasons ago.  Straight up the tongue of the breach. Water levels were up.

I was there sole last September. It was easy to lift over on the way into Thomson and shoot on the way out.
