I am looking both for the name of this river / stream / creek and where along it.

Looks like the Nip about a half kilometer below high falls. However, I believe most of your trips in that neck of the woods were some years ago and the quality of that photo indicates it was more recent so I will save you the time:
"Not the Nip below high falls".
Quite a bit of flow with lush vegetation - not a common combination as usually that summer foliage is accompanied with lower water levels.

Lots of good insights including "Not the Nip below high falls".
Photo is recent, taken this year, by Diana.

Below the bend of the Barron River along the P275.

Excellent guess but you need to consider the aount of rain we have had this year. Here is a recent photo showing the flow in the Barron at the end of the P275. It's somewhat higher than the water course in Diana's photo.
And for amusement, here's what P275 looked like in early May.

No, not the Madawaska near Cache Lake.
PaPaddler is on the right trail; he just got misdirected.

White Partridge Creek along P2200 from White Partridge Lake

Not White Partridge Creek. I've never been along there and it's unlikely I ever will. The location of the photograph is much more accessible. (At least under the assumption that you don't just drive into White Partridge Lake.)

North River on the other side of the road of Access #26.

Not the North River. I considered choosing another North River pic in response to Peek's but couldn't find a suitable one.

You're up John.
I hope PaPaddler is not crying foul too loudly. It's Forbes Creek, about 10m upstream from where it flows into the Barron River at the upstream end of the P275.
