For those of you heading up this weekend, if you aren't aware, the Kearney permit office opens at 6:00am.

Edit: Well that came out a little smaller than expected...
April 30th - September 4th, 2017 - Open Daily 7am-7pm
Friday & Saturday of Long Weekends 6am-7pm

September 5th - October 9th, 2017 - Open Daily 8am-5pm

October 10th - October 31st, 2017 - Open Friday 8am-5pm
