The wind.  The horrible, horrible wind.

That photo was taken on one of the very few times we've seen Booth calm as glass.  But the trip into Booth for that weekend was the worst experience we've had, and that includes paddling on Bice.

You are close. I have pics of misty Magnetewan that look similar. This was that access we left from to get to the lake in the picture.
