My guess is May 7th. And I hope I'm able to trip by then. Fingers crossed that my broken collarbone is healed well enough to get a couple mini trips in before the June Bugs-from-Hell season.

What's the word on the A.P.P. bugs now? I'll be headed in in a few days with the wife and dogs - we'll be bringing the bug shelter. Was in Temagami a couple weeks ago and was reminded why I havent tripped in June in quite some time.

I've been through this area many times and it is very enjoyable with lots of potential for wildlife sightings. It's definitely a favourite of mine.
As @Hass has said, the road in/out can be rough from time to time. I got a flat tire on the way out a couple years ago; I likely would have been fine if I was driving a little more mindful of the road conditions. Just be aware of the potholes and bigger rocks in the roadway and you should be fine.
