Nice. I think I'd need periodic breaks to hit restaurants for cooked food.
Can't wait for retirement. I'll be lucky to get to 45 days total this summer.

I thought Kakasamic was the nicest of the lakes in that stretch and I really liked Fassett creek (I was going downhill though). Site 43a on Manitou is also a winner in my books.
I made it to 37 before giving up on rugby. It wasn't the punishment or the longer recovery times but simply getting pissed off that I was missing tackles I usually made with ease. Warning, the beer and wings 3 days a week doesn't burn off as easily as you age.

My regular is an older Petzl Tikka with the rechargeable battery but at times carry zebralight just in case I want to light up the other side of the lake while paddling at night.
p.s. I like the removable battery pack of the Tikka since I can carry some AAAs on long trips just in case.

Never really had an issue. That said, any unsealed food I have is typically in OP sacs.
I would guess between the coming and going of people and the relatively short time that packs are left, the rodents haven't taken the time to establish the habit.
