for 2 people; do not follow soup prep instructions

3/4 liter water
2 packages of Knorr dry vegetable soup/mushroom soup /onion soup WITHOUT noodles (or any brand)
additional dried vegetables, rehydrate first, or use left over fresh veggies  if you like
1 Knorr boullion cube (chicken/beef/vegetable) package has 6 cubes, available local Zehrs store usually by the packaged gravies etc.(package is  carton, 63 g, about 3x1 1/2 inches)
2-4 tablespoons flour or starch stirred into a bit of water, needs to be consistency of yogurt) start with 2 tablespoons at a time, to be added once "soup" is ready. (leave the the other 2 tbsp, only use if stew is not thick enough)

bring mixture to a boil. If tasted, the taste would be way to strong for soup.  However, flour and/or starch have a habit of suppressing flavours when added to make stew.
mix flour/starch into a couple tbs water, untill consistency of yogurt.  This will prevent your stew from having lumps in it.

add slowly to boiling "soup" , stir 30 seconds, and it should start thickening. Take off stove, and let sit , it will thicken further.  If for some reason not thick enough, you can repeat the the flour/water  or starch/water mix, just bring pot back to boiling.
serve over whatever you like, mashed potatos, rice, noodles

Thanks for sharing! This sounds really similar to the base I use to make Chicken Pot Pie (Shared in another post). This would be a good way to make that if you don't have a dehydrator or don't have the time to dehydrate at home.
