Algonquin Adventures / Smoke and Ragged Lake

Hi all,

Are these lakes worth trolling through while passing through? I imagine they both have pretty heavy fishing pressure but Jeff's Maps shows that both have brook trout and lake trout.

troll down smoke lake for sure,, pretty much the whole way ,, lakers and white fish too..
   first bay in ragged is 100 feet deep,,
  the south bay of big porc is trouty. from the north part of the bay to the island tip ,, there are others spots for you to find ,,

what time of year are you planning to go south of smoke ?
