Hmmm, Hwy 60 ends in Huntsville which is well west of the western boundary of Algonquin, so I'm going to discount the west part.

Not sure if the north applies to all guesses so far, which would put it north of Mink, or just north of 60. Either way, I'll guess Kioshkokwi.
