July 23, 2024 -- We had travelled the route to Animoosh Lk six years ago so we knew this return trip to Animoosh and then on to Cisco Bay would take us a full day. While many of our other hikes have involved a lot of time-consuming bushwhacking, we hoped the trail we had followed the last time would not be too grown over, which would enable us to cover a lot of distance fairly quickly.

Hello swedish... we were looking at the Depot Farm of John Egan -- on Jeff's map -- northwest of Little Hogan, east of Vireo Lk. There probably isn't much to see there now but it's something to explore.

The AFA accidentally ran heavy machinery through there and damaged the site.
