I’m familiar with that site on Timberwolf, been there a couple times.  But no, this isn’t a pic of Timberwolf.

Like Ralph Bice and Timberwolf this lake is within a days paddle to an access point.  But it's no where near Magnetawan.

Biggar?

Edit: Just read your clue that it is within a day's paddle of an access point - so my other guess is Tom Thomson.

No to both guesses.  With the exception Tom Thomson all the guesses were to the west end of the park.  This lake Is North of all guesses, and North And east of any guesses in the west end.
I will give another clue tomorrow evening.

Kind of reminds me of a site on Lauder?
...missed the 'very very close' comment, but I will keep this guess anyway

No to Three Mile and Lauder, both moving away from it now.

Again, VERY VERY CLOSE.  But not it.
Next clue.
If you didn't like the railway, running through the park.  Or hearing train noise.  You'd absolutely hate camping on this lake prior to the railway pulling up its tracks in 1996.

I was just going through some pictures of Mink the other day. It’s a nice spot!
