I didn't know where North River Lake was, so I looked it up. I love Pags' hint, that cracked me up. 99% of the park is further south!

Parkside Bay would be the closest so far.....in terms of latitude.

MooseWhizzer Dave: I'll add a few qualifiers to my statement. "Much, much, further south!"

There's a couple types of accommodations on this lake.

Wouldn't that be looking mostly east? An evening shot would have to be looking west.

Mid-September evening paddle. The moon rising in the southeast.

Not Booth, but close. I used the Shall Lake access.

I was seeing it as a sunset, hadn't properly figured out that was the moon rising. Oh well.
