I drove past this canoe today.  I am betting the owner will entertain any reasonable offer.  Rare opportunity.  Pretty sure most of the problems you see are cosmetic and will buff right out.  Patch on the side looks solid.  Just mentioning that for full disclosure.  Brand is "some old yellow canoe". Length is 15 feet, 16 if you unbuckle it.
