Opened up my Canadian Geographic after dinner tonight to a nice surprise. Our own Stephen Elms was a winner in 30th annual Canadian Geographic photo competition.

Way to go Steve!!

Hey thanks guys much appreciated! In all honesty I submitted a bunch and can't really remember which ones....Here's the one that made it though (it was from a trip to the Mew Lake airfield 2 years ago)...I have to admit I'm pretty surprised it actually won. There were so many great pics submitted, many of which were way better than mine!
