Hello everyone,
Has anyone stayed over night in the past week? With this heat I am not sure what to pack for night time sleeping. So excited, going in soon!!!
Sammy, the secret to sleeping warm is to have dedicated sleeping clothes. Don't wear clothes you were wearing around camp as they will have absorbed moisture from your body (even if they seem dry) and will chill you.
In this weather, a pair of hiking socks and a light base layer should be sufficient. When it gets a little cooler add a light weight fleece and a toque.

One trail-tired dog snuggled up in her fleece.
