Unfortunately I find Family Day has gotten to be very busy in the Park.  The thing I like most about winter camping in Algonquin is the lack of people, so personally, I avoid the Park on that weekend.  I think it's a great idea and has really opened the doors for folks to experience winter in Algonquin, but selfishly I kind of wish it would stay quiet
