Eureka NoBugZone CT13

I was able to snag a Eureka CT13 (9X9)" for a $50 discount and couldn't pass it up. I was thinking this would be a substitue during July / skeeter deer fly season, instead of packing in tarps. I'm also on the fence with the extra weight to lug it in. With that in mind, I was thinking about using it for "dual purpose", not only day/evening use but also using it as my sleeping shelter instead of brining my solo tent (saving packing space and weight as well). Does anyone on the forum have the Bugzone in your inventory that you use for camping? And if so, do you think it might work for me as a dual-purpose solo tent, thereby, saving the weight leaving my solo tent home as well? Thanks for all of your feedback!

Re: Eureka NoBugZone CT13

Yes. 100 % can be dual purpose. You can pitch high in decent  weather or lower in adverse conditions.  Can also pitch at various angle to compensate for wind etc. We've used mine multiple  times for sleeping while camping. Used this past summer while on an ATV Crownland trip with cots.

Re: Eureka NoBugZone CT13

Great piece of kit!
Helps maintain sanity for lazy time at camp during peak bug season. I have both the 11 and 13 models.

With Eureka now having stepped out of the camping gear biz, get ‘em while you can.
Their canoe packs were also good value.
