Very close, Swede. While boot lake was our intended destination, we never did make it. When trying to depart Raja, we knew that the portage to Muskrat was incorrectly located on Jeff's map on the north side of the creek. It's actually in the south side and heavily grown in with maples whips making it indistinguishable from the surrounding forest from within the first 50m or so.

Alas, we had to settle with Raja whose fishing wasnt much to write home about. In fact,  we bailed out the second night for Shirley to catch some lakers. If anyone has made it into Boot lately, I'd love to hear of its fishing.
