Mike is now the closest. This isn't the North Tea/Manitou falls, but I did visit those falls the same day I was at the ones in the picture.

Woohoo!  Lucky guess, it looked nothing like this when I was through there a few years ago with super low water levels.  I will try to dig up a new photo to post this afternoon!
