    Mike is now the closest. This isn't the North Tea/Manitou falls, but I did visit those falls the same day I was at the ones in the picture.

    Is it the Amable du Fond rapids along the 310m portage after the 1.3k out of Manitou, (heading towards Kiosk)?

    Woohoo!  Lucky guess, it looked nothing like this when I was through there a few years ago with super low water levels.  I will try to dig up a new photo to post this afternoon!
