Booked an early July trip in an area that's new to me and wondered if there's anything good or bad to look out for.

I know there's a couple long portaging days full of bugs and likely can't use Dickson as a water source but any other advice?


p.s.  I looked at some routes south of 60 and weekend sites on some lakes are already booked up.
