Heading up to APP from Montreal tomorrow night/morning for the last camping trip of the season!
Anybody else heading into the park? We're doing a small loop starting at Smoke, down to Bonnechere Lake, Up to Head, to the Madawaska making our way back to Smoke. Looks like we might be in for some mixed weather - always an adventure when we go to Algonquin!

Heading into Shirley Saturday morning and hopefully meeting up with the Swedish Pimple for the weekend.
With the leaf color still at peak Hwy 60 is going to be a freaking zoo so arriving early and leaving late to avoid the leaf peepers and the tour bus express.

Looking forward to 2 nights on the Eastern Pines backpacking trail this weekend. Should have plenty of time to complete all the loops, and maybe do the Barron Canyon trail on the way out. With only half of the reservable sites booked, looks like it might be a quiet weekend at this end of the park
