    Canisbay to Polly(s) Lake

    Hello Algonquin Adventurers,

    Wondering if anyone has done the 2600m portage from Canisbay to Polly(s) Lake and can recall some details from it? Getting to the age where 2600m is a little far, unless it is a nice walk in the woods. :-)  Not so good with steep inclines anymore with gear strapped to my back.

    I did it a couple of years back. The worst thing about it was the length. If I’m remembering right, there’s not much up and down and the path is fairly clear.
