    What goes through some peoples minds!?

    Found this at the Tim River access today..


    For anyone that can't figure it out.. its the comment card deposit box...

    i remember back in the early 80`s that people went into the old tim lake permit office and burnt it to the ground. we got  our permits from a office trailer that spring, then the office was moved to kearney.
      what goes through peoples mind?  indeed
