I’ve published a new photo album:

Logging Museum (Outdoor) in Algonquin Park



Browse through 150 photos and take a tour through the Logging Museum. Visit all 20 stations and view photos of buildings, equipment (both modern and old), and replicas. It also has a real Alligator / Warping Tug (which is a really impressive piece of machinery to see in person), a pointer boat, a log chute and a 100+ year old steam locomotive. You can visit inside a blacksmith’s shop and see old ranger cabins too! All of this is well documented in this album.









Each photo is labelled with additional information and of course, you can click any one of them for an enlarged version or slideshow.

If you’ve never been to the logging museum and you have an extra hour or so to spare when passing by – do it – you’ll probably be surprised!
