Not there either - definitely above 60 though.

Edit: A special hint for you AL - If past predicts future, you wouldn't like this lake ;)

Well now it’s going to drive me nuts until someone gets the answer. On another note, I just noticed the seat in your canoe. What kind of boat is that? Do you use a double bladed paddle?

Re: Where in Algonquin? No. 271

It's a Swift Pack 13.6. An awesome solo boat and yep, double blade.

I sold that boat back in 2013 when I bought my Kipawa, but I regret selling it and the moment I'm back in the market for a solo boat - it'll be a pack.

I swear I've done that portage this year.. but I can't remember what one it is!
Is it the Luckless side of the Catfish-->Luckless tage'?

Re: Where in Algonquin? No. 271

Hey AT, sorry for the delay (Shawn was right) but it's not Luckless - Catfish..

I'm positive you've done this portage before. and you can see the next portage off in the distance to the left..

you're in the right general area tho

Based upon the clues you've given as well as the topography of the background, I would propose that it is Junco Lake.  Specifically, standing at the end of the P1450 from Hayes Lake looking westerly across Junco.

While I've never been on Junco, I've been one lake away on Robinson Lake.
