No, it isn't Shada Lake.   Time for the first clue -- there is only one portage into this lake which as I said before has two campsites.

Gouinlock it is!   We were there on a very rainy Sunday on the May long weekend.   I'm pretty sure the first time I was in that area in 1982 the portages to both Gouinlock and Windermere started at the cabin but have since been relocated away from that property.  This was my first opportunity to hike out to Gouinlock.    It looks like it would be a nice lake to camp on.
